We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to reinforce our Marketing team. This is a permanent full-time position based in our head office in Luxembourg or within our Belgium entity and reporting directly to our Digital Marketing Manager. As Digital Marketing Officer you will support the company in the development and implementation of the digital marketing plan. You will take the lead on specific activations and projects by working with cross-functional teams to ensure perfect execution of it.

Your responsibilities:

• In collaboration with your manager, you design, build, and maintain the company’s online presence (social, search, videos, display, email) for its products and sales activities
• Highly creative, you identify target audiences and implement digital campaigns that engage, inform, and grow online awareness of Flen Health products
• You create reports on the online marketing performance of our brands and competitors
• You support in executing all digital marketing, advertising, promotion plans, and communications activities in line with the Global product strategy
• You implement the marketing content of websites, CRM databases and email platforms
• You maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the current competitive environment and industry trends, oversee categories and competitive analysis, generate insights and integrate them into inefficient consumer activation activities
• You liaise with other team members towards promoting the business goal of the organization
• With a good understanding of the company's digital strategy, you leverage this online presence to improve the company's profitability objectives
• You are responsible for the “community manager” role of the company/ brands’ pages

Your qualifications & experience:     

• You hold a degree (Master/Bachelor) in Marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing or a first background in this field
• You demonstrate between 1 and 4 years of experience in a similar role ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
• Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing automation knowledge would be a big asset
• You can work in a cross-functional team/projects and act as a true team player to develop our brand
• You possess knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills
• You show a strong customer focus and a can-do mentality
• You are a high-energy and results-driven individual
• You are fluent in English and Dutch. Other languages such as German, French or Italian would be an asset
